Before my trip, I bought a reservation ticket for the Petronas Twin Towers in Japan, and at the same time I bought an admission ticket for KL Tower. The purchase procedure was easy, and there was no problem with the printed admission ticket to enter the Twin Towers, but at KL Tower, I forgot to download the headout app, so I responded locally. I managed to get in safely. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THERE WERE FEW TAXIS IN KUALA LUMPUR CITY, AND MANY PEOPLE SEEMED TO ARRANGE A CAR WITH UBER, SO IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO WAIT FOR A TAXI AFTER VISITING KL TOWER. I regretted that it would have been better to make a reservation after sightseeing at the hotel.

Awesome attraction. My dream come true to visit the towers. Tye lifts could have been more spectacular. Maybe an out door lift for paying guests. Plenty of time during the visit to look around and take pictures. What was amazing too was the that the telescoppic viewer was free. I thought you would have to pay for it but nah! It was free. Definitely recommend this site.

The entire visit was nearly coordinated at every step and the staff were absolutely professional. They provide guidance at every step and corner. Since it was night and there were powerful lighting everywhere in the towers good and clear photo snaps could not be taken due to reflection. Would prefer a time before sunset. Overall it was good experience.

The date on my ticket was incorrect and it was for when we had returned to UK! I had tried to get a refund or date change whilst in Kuala Lumpur but I was advised it was allowed?! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and a very bad impression for us tourists, we will never be using headout again to book anything. I have also warned others!

Easy access. Just print the tickets once payment made h brought it to the enterance. Wish i could have just shown the email of tickets purchased or its qr code so i don't have to print it as a group of 5, i printed individual qr code ticket in an A4 paper. He even showed us gelato spots that are not on the tourist radar and I must say, they were so much tastier than the ones on St Mark's Square! I'd recommend wearing walking shoes because there's a lot to walk and a couple of steep bridges to go about.

Brilliant experience, kids loved the aquarium. The science centre was definitely cut above the rest i have been to so far, was amazing for kids. Could soend at least a min of 2hours there. The intention of going is not school leave, children will be able to fully experience playing games because they have been wanting to for a long time. Came all the way from Kedah. Apparently full with school groups. more on 2 or 3 schools. All games are full of school students. Children nak play forced to take time and many things can not play because full very with students. The toilet was also full with students. Probably my own fault for choosing the wrong date and time. 1st and last go petroscience.

The date on my ticket was incorrect and it was for when we had returned to UK! I had tried to get a refund or date change whilst in Kuala Lumpur but I was advised it was allowed?! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and a very bad impression for us tourists, we will never be using headout again to book anything. I have also warned others!

The aquarium was super crowded because a)it's a small space and b)there were school excursions as well as visitors (even though it was a Saturday morning). In the Aquaria KLCC the entry personnel denied my entry due to i was a tourism and i have to bought a difference tourism Aquaria entry tickets. But after debate and i told them i bought through online and the tickets booking was notified that i wasn't a local all charge was as such and been paid for. After standing for about 30mins finally my family allowed to enter. Other than this there no other issues. Love the KLIA Express it pressty convinience.

Before my trip, I bought a reservation ticket for the Petronas Twin Towers in Japan, and at the same time I bought an admission ticket for KL Tower. The purchase procedure was easy, and there was no problem with the printed admission ticket to enter the Twin Towers, but at KL Tower, I forgot to download the headout app, so I responded locally. I managed to get in safely. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THERE WERE FEW TAXIS IN KUALA LUMPUR CITY, AND MANY PEOPLE SEEMED TO ARRANGE A CAR WITH UBER, SO IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO WAIT FOR A TAXI AFTER VISITING KL TOWER. I regretted that it would have been better to make a reservation after sightseeing at the hotel.

Awesome attraction. My dream come true to visit the towers. Tye lifts could have been more spectacular. Maybe an out door lift for paying guests. Plenty of time during the visit to look around and take pictures. What was amazing too was the that the telescoppic viewer was free. I thought you would have to pay for it but nah! It was free. Definitely recommend this site.

The trip to KL Tower was amazing. We get to see bird's eye view of KL city from Sky Deck. We even took pictures in Sky box. Even though I'm a bit afraid of height but it was worth it. Aquaria was great too. So many marine creatures to see and learn about their fun facts. There was even shallow ponds that you can dip your hand and touch the fishes. We truly enjoyed during their feeding time. It was funny to see the staff pushed away this sneaky turtle who kept trying to steal food. Overall, the trip was fun and memorable. Booking online was definitely the best choice as you can skip the queue and enjoy your time there.

The entire visit was nearly coordinated at every step and the staff were absolutely professional. They provide guidance at every step and corner. Since it was night and there were powerful lighting everywhere in the towers good and clear photo snaps could not be taken due to reflection. Would prefer a time before sunset. I like the level 2 part. Where we see open aquarium with shark and all kind fish. But wish the air conditioning work. It's was too hot. There was a lot people and it's make it's too hot. At the duration just not take much time. Just spent few minutes at there. Like not with the money.

It was a good way to see parts of the city but is flawed by not embracing technology for ticketing and information. With online ticketing there would be no need to good to station 1 to retrieve our 24 hour ticket. The guide was ok but the narrative was bland.

We enjoyed our day on the hop on hop off bus very much thank you. We spent the day on the garden route with stops at the central market, national museum and bird park. All were good with the bird park being our favourite. We found hop on hop off a great way to get around. The booking experience with Headout was fine. Efficient and easy. One bit of feedback. We arrived at the ticket kiosk 15 minutes early as advised. Staff were at the kiosk but it wasn't open. 5 minutes later the bus arrived. People started walking towards it, but couldn't enter because their tickets hadn't been issued! It was only then that the staff opened the kiosk. My advice is that if you tell customers to show up 15 minutes before departure, make sure the ticket kiosk is open at that time.

We hopped on several times and on most busses the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one lady had a dissapointing approach. The HOHO bus connects all of the main tourist attractions which is very handy. Only downside is the fact that the whole tour takes some time, making it a bit less efficient. Maybe it would be possible to provide more links (not just red/green tour)

Brilliant experience, kids loved the aquarium. The science centre was definitely cut above the rest i have been to so far, was amazing for kids. Could soend at least a min of 2hours there. The intention of going is not school leave, children will be able to fully experience playing games because they have been wanting to for a long time. Came all the way from Kedah. Apparently full with school groups. more on 2 or 3 schools. All games are full of school students. Children nak play forced to take time and many things can not play because full very with students. Before my trip, I bought a reservation ticket for the Petronas Twin Towers in Japan, and at the same time I bought an admission ticket for KL Tower. The purchase procedure was easy, and there was no problem with the printed admission ticket to enter the Twin Towers, but at KL Tower, I forgot to download the headout app, so I responded locally. I managed to get in safely. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THERE WERE FEW TAXIS IN KUALA LUMPUR CITY, AND MANY PEOPLE SEEMED TO ARRANGE A CAR WITH UBER, SO IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO WAIT FOR A TAXI AFTER VISITING KL TOWER. I regretted that it would have been better to make a reservation after sightseeing at the hotel.

Awesome attraction. My dream come true to visit the towers. Tye lifts could have been more spectacular. Maybe an out door lift for paying guests. Plenty of time during the visit to look around and take pictures. What was amazing too was the that the telescoppic viewer was free. I thought you would have to pay for it but nah! It was free.
